If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for that product. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund if your payment has been processed.

4. Order & Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us after payment authorization.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your chosen method.

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  1. Standard Shipping: Cost is $12.95. We use DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. We use EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot redirect packages once shipped.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, the following are final sale:
  • All Film & Chemicals (B&W Film, Colour 35mm Film, Instant Film).
  • Disposable Cameras.
  • Opened Software/Digital Products.
  • Personalized or Special Order Items.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
