Absolutely. Every camera, whether it’s from our Film Cameras or Beginner Cameras collection, undergoes our rigorous “Serviced & Tested” process before it leaves our Seattle workshop. We believe your creative journey should begin the moment you unbox your gear, not after troubleshooting issues.

We ship worldwide to serve our global community of photographers. However, due to complex logistics, we are currently unable to ship to a few remote regions and some parts of Asia. You will be clearly notified at checkout if your location is an exception.

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Handled by DHL or FedEx. After 1-2 business days for careful processing, delivery typically takes 10-15 business days. Ideal for gear you’re eager to use, like a new DSLR Camera or Filters for a project.

2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, shipped via EMS. After the same 1-2 day processing, delivery takes 15-25 business days. Perfect for non-urgent essentials like extra Lens Caps, Instruction Manuals, or building your film stock.

This is the heart of our service. Each order receives a final, careful check by our team—handled with the care of a fellow photographer—before it is meticulously packed. This ensures the gear that arrives at your door is ready to create.

Yes. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you will receive full tracking details. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may be limited depending on the destination. All dispatch confirmations are sent via email.
